Beyond the Basics - Antenatal Class This class is ideal for expecting mamas and their partners who would like to breastfeed their baby but who are maybe a little bit anxious about how it will go! We'll cover far more than the basics and dive deep into everything from: - establishing a good supply - getting a painless latch - how to know how much your baby is getting - when and how to pump - milk storage & bottle feeding - common challenges and how to avoid them - recognising less common challenges like tongue tie - newborn sleep - baby care in the first 3 months postpartum - unsettled babies, colic & reflux - and more... The class will last 2.5-3hrs with breaks and refreshments
